Belmont Stakes coming up!!!

Well the Belmont is coming up Saturday June 9th. I'll Have Another should come out as the early favorite. He will race without the breathing strips in the Belmont the stewards ruled them out. So let's try to leave the favorite out and go with Dullahan---Union Rags---and Alpha as a starting box tri. Would really like to key Union Rags for the other bet.

Belmont is a very quirky strip so since Rags already has run and won there is reason enough to give him a try. That being said, I'll Have Another looks awfully tough.

Alpha is out. Owner scratched him over the weekend. Torn. Would love to see a Triple Crown Winner, but I love the
opp for big payouts and they usually involve the fav not being in the exotics at all. If he wins it I hope he is challenged,
either by Rags who gets a great jock switch to Johhny V and/or Dullahan who is a great closer. We will c.

Agree JV a great fix for Union Rags---I do think Union Rags even with layoff since Derby will be a challenge along with Dullahan. Well looks like Paynter, Street Life, Union Rags, and Dullahan will have to work. The horse that I can't even consider is Optimizer so with my luck he will slip in and be the longshot to ruined it all for me. Optimizer owners must have a ton of money sending him out there again. Well we will head over to Wheeling Island Casino and Gaming center to place our bets. I did see Hansen will run in the Woody Stephens earlier in the day. Maybe can pick up a little money to help the Belmont bets.

Well I spoke too soon. Hansen is out of the Woody Stephen's Stakes. They keep it up and there will be no one to bet on in Stakes races. You start following a few horses and they either get sick or pull something and they are put on the shelf.

I'll Have Another has been scratched with a leg problem.

I'm throwing out all of my notes and starting over, it's a completely new race.

Rocky I replied to the message before I had seen that you posted I'll Have Another was scratched. Your selections are the way I'm headed but adding Street Life in as well.
