You can win the Jackpot when the dealer has an 8 card hand. What combination of cards would win this with the fewest ACES possible?

How many decks are in use? I don't play that much BJ, but I'm not sure I've ever seen an 8 card hand.

After I posted this, I realized how easy it would be with just the deuces in a multi deck game, but I was thinking a single deck.
2222331 and any card that is a 6 or lower would make an 8 card hand.

Where is this? Who wins it(how many are playing?) What is the jackpot?

I think this is a multi casino progressive available at the Station Casinos. They had it posted here about a week ago.
