BLACKJACK -- PROGRESSIVE BETTING

ANY system that sizes bets in any sort of sequence or depending on previous wins or losses, will yield the same house edge. If the house edge is 1% on every bet, for example, you're giving up the same 1% on a $5 bet, or a $10 bet, or a $5120 bet. The basic math that's going on is that there's no way to add up a bunch of negative numbers and get a positive number.
The only system that works is one that increases as the running and true count get higher/positive and decreases when the count goes negative. A great starting book on blackjack is available on this site it's called Knockout Blackjack and explains why card counting works and progressions don't.
