Did a search here, and the last post on Blackjack Switch was in 2007.
I played it for the first time last week, at Bellagio. Loved it.
$10 minimum on each hand (which amounts to $20 per).
You have to play both hands and same amt money on both.
You can switch the two top cards to improve one or both of your hands.
It seemed to improve things most of the time.
Blackjacks pay even money. Dealer 22 is a push instead of bust.
Bellagio has had it for only a few months.
Dealer hits on S17.
DAS, RSA, but no Surrender (they have Surrender on regular BJ).
Funny thing, the minimum to get rated was $15 a hand (which amounts to $30 per hand, but still?).
The minimum on a regular BJ game is $25.
Went to the table just to play my last night with a favorite dealer.
Surprised to see it was Blackjack Switch, which I wasn't familiar with.
I almost left but she talked me into staying.
Bought in for $300, cashed out $950 after 7 hours and lot of tipping.
I played on the Super Match side bet almost every hand and won well over half of the time.
Mostly got the pair for 1:1 but several 3 of a kind (5:1).
And a few 2 pair (8:1). 4 OK would pay 40:1.
Pit supervisor said they hadn't seen anybody have 4 0K in a while.
I was hoping, but not to be for me or anyone while I was playing.
My good session was probably a fluke, but I thought it was a fun game to play.
