Matt, the LVA shop has a couple of books that might be pretty good. Play to Win is about tournaments and Gambling 102 may have some info on BJ tournaments. Click on Shop on the banner, then ShopLVA. Then choose Blackjack, for just blackjack related books.

Yeah, I did that. Couldn't find any tournament-specific titles
