Blackjacks questionable dealers

I was. Playing blackjack at an off-site casino. I was playing alone at a $25.00 at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. The dealer was winning 90 percent of all hands won. The dealer had ten blackjack s to my one.after a while, I noticed he was holding the double deck with one hand and was fingering the cards with his other hand. It does not make sense unless, casino management was behind these unethical practices. Has anyone reading this had similar treatment, please replyTextft>
What do you mean fingering? It is normal for a dealer to hold the deck or two decks in his left hand and deal the cards from it using his right hand.
Which actions did you think were unethical? How did the "fingering" of the cards affect the dealt hands? I have certainly experienced a run of dealer winning more hands than I, and dealer having more blackjacks, but never have picked up on any shenanigans going on.
Which "0ff-site" casino. Was this an indian casino?

At $25 per hand, I doubt a Strip casino would be cheating you. In some dive, absolutely.

Do you really believe a casino would cheat in blackjack? They would have to train their dealers in the fine art of manipulating the deck.

and then wait for a disgruntled employee to shop them

Amazing.
Many years ago, I was playing at a blackjack table with a dealer who was a card mechanic, he could tell which cards were coming up next based on the feel of the card. Most people who have never seen this, do not believe it, but I have experienced it. The dealer, myself, my brother and mother made a lot of money that night. We kept tipping and he kept letting us know what cards were coming up next. So, if the dealer was beating you all the time, then you were not tipping enough, because most dealers don't make a large hourly salary, they get most of their money off tips. The best part was playing with starting with $25 or $50 and then letting it ride 3 times and tipping the dealer. I was the only one playing at the table and if too many high cards came out, the dealer reshuffled for the 3rd hand and 1/2 the time it was a blackjack, the other 1/2 of the time the dealer busted. It was at a casino that was having problems, like one dealer told us, their paychecks may bounce, the tips were golden.
