Casino C

Casino C series is an odd ball..

Little places that we have always wanted to try, but.......................

never did.. They are.

The Westin
Elllis Island
Tuscanny
Terribles

Last.. We are staying at the Flamingo, so this is why these places are within playable distance for a day time gambeling trip.
All are within walking distance of the Flamingo in decent weather. It is a safe but unattractive walk much like walking through an industrial area. At Flamingo Rd under the monorail tracks in the StageDoor store, a mom-and-pop-store/vp joint, good for cheap bottled water and daily necessities.

Next is the Westin, a mid range business hotel with the only casino in town duller then Tuscany. Its only use is for a pit stop on the return walk.

Next is EI, a personal favorite of mine, with cheap decent bj and some of the loosest slots near the Strip (according to my wife) and great cheap food & drink. The atmosphere is either a love it or hate it, we love it.

Terribles is next, it was once a great family run local casino and is now a good corporate owned place with decent gambling and food. We still go every trip.

Tuscany is the last. If you want a quiet hotel and casino with decent food (good coupon deals) this is your place, If you want Vegas excitement "walk on by".

Great! One day we will go to Ellis Island, have breakfast, stop at the Westin and find out what is involved with their $25 play, pay back loss thing, and then off to Tuscanny for some quiet, get over the hangover casino play until we can handle the loud and bustling strip.

These three are all within walking distance from the Flamingo (we are staying there) Monorail station.

Terribles is once again going to stay off the agenda this trip, maybe next time.

Thanks for the great info....
