Has anyone seen the play for a buffet promo lately? Is it still going on? At one time you could play at any Caesars properties and get a voucher for any property buffet (except Bacchanal and the Rio seafood). Then, I saw just Rio and PH was offered.
The only "play for a buffet" that is in effect now (that I am aware of) is only for LV locals: "On Tuesdays, earn 50 tier credits at any TR casinos and get one free buffet at the Rio" (for dinner, extra 25$ for seafood option).
