Continued problems with using Boyd casino matchplays.

So for the second time I have been given the runaround trying to use matchplay coupons on Fremont and Main Street Station.  The first time I went in January trying to use the American casino guide coupon.  After about 10 mintutes and after the slot club attendent calling a supervisor they could not figure out how to print out my matchplay voucher, saying it was a computer glitch.  So I went a few weeks ago and tryed to used the Las Vegas Advisor coupon.  They not only told me I had already used that coupon, which was impossible because I just got that book a few weeks before this trip, they told me I had already used the other one.  I politely told them I not only havent used this coupons, i ran into the same problem trying to use the other one.  Basically I have two $10 matchplays that are useless.  They also mentioned that the system had just rejected someone for a matchplay use a few mintues before, making me think they have a software glitch in their system somewhere.  After that I went to Main Street Station and was told they couldnt figure out how to print out my $10 matchplay there either.  I considered asking to talk to a higher supervisor about all that problems I ran into, but decided it wasn't worth the trouble.  At Fremont I got the feeling like they thought I was trying to abuse the system by using multiples of the same coupon, which I would never try to do.  Its funny I probably used matchplays/freeplay at 10 casinos or so and only had a problem at the boyd casino properties.  Dont have coupons in a book if you dont want to honor them or have the system not work properly to honor them. This is a good way for casinos to lose business.  Had anyone else had similiar problems?

I thought Boyd Gaming  had already hit rock bottom. With the "new and improved" Bconnected program featuring $2 = 1 point for VP (instead of $1 = 1 point under the old system), using tier points for card levels (without telling anyone how much coin-in earns a tier point) and not telling players that the tier point countdown starts over from 0 whenever you switch machines.

But now not honoring match play coupons. I have to admire Boyd Gaming for finding a new and innovative way to screw their customers! Well done!!

I had no problems using my coupons the other day.

I was was inquiring at the B Connected desk last month about the $10 freeplay that was supposed to be on my card according to the B Connected site. I was told I had used it on May 8th. I told them that couldn't be because I didn't get to Vegas until May 10th. I just let it go. Apparently another case of a computer glitch.
