Correct strategy on Ultimate X VP ?

This weekend, my wife was dealt the following hand playing 5 play JOB Ultimate X---- 10c, Kc, Ac, 5c, 9d. She held the 3 to a royal (and ended up getting a royal flush). She however thinks the correct hold should have been to hold all 4 of the clubs, since flushes are 11x pay on the next hand. Does anyone know if the proper strategy is to hold the 3 to a royal in that situation, or 4 to a flush? Thank you
What was the JOB Pay table? 8/6 or 8/5?
8/5
Glad she got the RF, but I probably would have gone for the Flush and get the multiplier
THEN hope to get a RF. lol

Ok assuming you had NO multipliers on the screen the correct strategy was to go with the 4 flush. However if there were multiplier on the screen then this would change. I don't have the numbers for 8/5 but calculating quickly the cut off for 5 play would be around 30 combined multipliers on screen and then the 3 Royal is a better play.

Where do you find stuff like that? How to play a hand on Ultimate X or 5 play or super times pay vs. regular 1 handed play??

I save w2g's pics on my phone...........My first w2g of 2012 was on Ult X

Got 3's with kicker with 10X multiplier for 2k.

Really exciting when you get something WITH those multipliers!

No bad time for a RF, but next time, I hope she goes for the flush..........THEN Gets One!
Since I didn't see her hit it, I don't know if she had multipliers or not. (She says based on your info, she will go for the flush next time if multipliers are not at 30 as you said). Thanks again for the help

Thanks for the whiz but do realize that the whiz quoted is 8/6 and situation is 8/5. Still it's the best info posted so far. Thanks!
