Crapless Craps

Is there a site to find crapless craps tables? Any word on $5 craps availabilty coming back after the crowds return?

I dont know about a site that lists locations.    I know Stratosphere has one.   Pretty sure Casino Royale does too.

Table minimums fluctutate with the crowds but tend to be cheaper in the mornings/afternoons.     $5 tables are increasingly hard to find - I think that has more to do with inflation than COVID

FYI - Crapless Craps has a higher house edge than regular craps.

Two different questions: crapless craps is available at the Strat (primarily because its inventor, Bob Stupak, owned its previous incarnation, Vegas World, and featured it prominently on the casino floor) and possibly a couple of other, smaller, locals' casinos. It isn't popular because it has FOUR TIMES the house edge on the Pass Line as normal craps does, which people gradually realize once the novelty wears off. The game was less shitty when you could take high odds, like 10x or even 25x, which was often the case at Stupak's Really Big Substitute Penis, er, Vegas World. But now, I believe, 2x odds is the max.

As to your second question, yes, you'll definitely see a return to $5 craps sooner rather than later--at the various locals' casinos. On the Strip--probably a couple or three places, like maybe the Casino Royale or Circus Circus. While all the casinos are in gleeful gougefest mode right now and the price of everything (not just gambling) is sky-high, that's not sustainable. They're slaughtering the sheep instead of shearing them; people are feeding their Vegas jones and discovering, to their horror, just how much a weekend in Vegas costs right now. So I would recommend, go somewhere else this summer, wait for the feeding frenzy to die down, and visit in, say, October, when Vegas won't be so much of a stinking, reprehensible, godawful ripoff (we hope).
