Craps Offerings at various hotels

I like the action at craps and enjoy placing the side bets, especially the All/Tall/Small.  However, I also hope for a Fire bet and didn't see that at all, but heard I missed it at one of the CET properties.

Is there anywhere else where this information is available?

Does anyone know if the FIRE BET is offered at any casino for sure?

I heard The Linq offers a Fire Bet, does anyone know if that is correct?

Also, I just went to the Hollywood-Columbus casino and their fire bet went up to $25.00.  I'm use to the fire bet being capped at $5.00.  Luckily I hit 4 numbers twice at the max $25 bet for a nice win!  Too bad I live in Illinois so won't get back to Columbus for about a year.

From my February 2018 trip:

Excalibur: 8 Tables, Bad Small/All/Tall, Late Tuesday afternoon only 1 $15.00 table open

Luxor: 5 Tables, Bad ATS, Late Tuesday afternoon only 1 $10 table open

Cosmopolitan: 7 tables, Bad ATS, $15-$50 limits

Forgot to record what odds were offered.

So to be a bit slow on this but have not played craps for sometime. What is an all tall bet. 2-11-12?

Small and Tall

The Small bet wins if the shooter rolls every total from 2 to 6 before a 7. The Tall bet requires the shooter to roll every total from 8 to 12 before a 7. Both have a probability of winning of 0.026354, or about 1 in 38. There are two known payoffs, as follows:

  • If wins pay 34 to 1 (or 35 for 1), then the house edge is 7.76%.
  • If wins pay 30 to 1 (or 31 for 1), then the house edge is 18.30%.

looks like you would need 38 to 1 (or 39 for 1) for break even.

Back to Las Vegas Late October/Early November 2019.

Seems that all the Ceasar's properties have 3x4x5x odds except the Cromwell at 100x!  I guess this is a big deal in Las Vegas, but I'm used to 10x, 20x, 100x in the Chciagoland market.

Made it to a couple more properties:

Aria: 2 of their 10 tables open at 12:35pm on a Thursday.  Bad ATS & 3x4x5x odds.

Park MGM: 5 Bad ATS tables.  3x4x5x Odds and $10 limit on weekday afternoon

I played a lot at the Ceaser properties and still have not found any craps table with a FIRE bet.  Not really a lost since it hits so infrequently comparted to the ATS bet.

Any prop bet at craps is like setting fire to your money. They're for the biggest rubes only.

Thanks for the explanation on the “all tall small”. Damn that is a tough bet.

When still playing occasional craps typically bet the don’t, improved my chances for winning it seemed. However, got bored as the table camaraderie never includes the don’t players. Some folks take a very dim view of don’t players.
