First of all I'm surprised you can't buy Dancer's WinPoker here on LVA, but to my question, I had WP many years ago but it only ran on WinXP and with a little work Win 7 but now it won't run on Win 10 and up. Is there a newer version that will run on Windows 10+? And if so where to get it? I've seen it on Amazon but the specs are a little sketchy on what it will run on.
Windows 10 will run almost all Windows 7 apps. Right-click on the Win 7 .exe file (in File Explorer or from your desktop). Click Properties and go to the Compatibility tab. Click the box for "run this program in" and hit the drop down menu for "Previous version of Windows."
My version wasn't a 32bit version it was 16bit so no newer version of windows will run it.
I don't feel like running a VM either.
WinPoker will not work on windows. As you say yours is 16bit like mine. You can get WinPoker at App Store. I believe it is for iPhone. If you try to open on iPad it will not download completely. You can play around and get it to play however with some restrictions. It has been a long time since I downloaded it on the iPad but it works perfect on iPhone. It is worth the money. I believe I paid 7.95. I posted directions on iPad thing but was rejected therefore I assume you can get it to work on what matters.
That would be 7.95 plus the price of the Apple gadget. I think I'll pass.

$8 is a good deal.
Nobody would suggest somebody go buy a different phone to get it. I am 100% in Apples ecosystem, but fully respect those that have made other choices.
There is an old yet 64 bit version of WinPoker6 that runs on Windows 10 with no setting changes.
