You can still get the 2nd STP on a held five cards. You don't have to technically "draw" for it to trigger.

OK OK gotcha G. I wasn't totally sure about that. Still waiting for the 10X and then another 10X after being dealt Aces w/a kicker.

HMMMMM. Could you have caused all those winners to now have to return their prizes????

About a year ago I got the 10x with a crappy hand. I believe I held just a high card. I then got the 10x on the draw. What happened? ???? I didn't even get a jacks or better hand on the draw. Yep, I got 20 times ZERO. Even the person playing next to me got a little ill and started cursing on my behalf. Double STP remains my game of choice, however. There's nothing like getting a multiplier with a royal or holding ONE ace and drawing not only three aces and the kicker but the 10x multiplier as well. Yep. 20,000 quarters. Hoping to do a repeat a few times in August.

Ouch! That would lead me to a double shot of tequila with a tequila chaser.

"There is an exception to the above rule for dealt royals. On a dealt royal, the probability of a multiplier on the deal is still 1 in 15, but if won, it is always 20, and there would be no opportunity for another multiplier on the draw. If the player does not win the 20x multiplier on the deal, then he gets a second chance at draw multiplier with a 1 in 15 chance, and average multiplier of 4.01."

So a 20X STP "card" would appear? I've only seen 2X 3X 4X 5X 8X & 10X.

You DO get the double multipler even IF you hold all your cards... on Double STP, Tommy.. holding the cards doesn't un-enable the feature.
