Years ago the stratosphere offered "double exposure" bj, where both dealer cards were face up. The downside was that you lost on all pushes. Does anyone know if this is still offered anywhere in Vegas?
Four Queens has it, not sure where else. I've never played it; I know that rules vary, and that the strategy is VERY different from conventional blackjack. Stanford Wong has a fairly extensive chapter on it in "Professional Blackjack," although it's an old book and it's possible that rules have changed enough to make it less useful.
