Electronic VP Strategy Cards

Okay, so it's okay to have a strategy card, is it okay to have one on your smart phone. I'm guessing the answer is No, but would sure make life easier.

Also there is an app that let you enter your cards and tells you what to do. I'm sure that's a big "NO"

Thoughts?
Nobody knows, this is the kind of things courts are supposed to decide but there hasn't been any case law yet.

That being said lots of people look up hands on their smartphones and I haven't heard of there being any problems yet. Knowing how casinos work, if a slot director is going to accuse you of cheating it will of course be after hitting a big royal.
I was playing VP last night in PH; saw a guy sitting next to me, staring at his smartphone; I glanced at the app, and I'm sure that is what it was. I don't see any difference between the 'cheat cards' I used to use when I was learning BJ basic strategy, and this.
I got winpoker iphone app from zamzow and I use it in the casino all the time. I also use it to figure out progressive bonus amounts as to whether or not the game is worth playing. You can set it for many different games and it is quick. I think it was about ten bucks. There are others on there but they are not of the same quality.
