I received the following via email, but it appears anyone can take advantage of this promotion:

"Bring your cab receipt to the promotions booth and we'll reimburse you up to $20 in free slot play or pit play!"

I recently used this promo. My taxi receipt was for a pre-tip $17.10. I was given $15 in free play, available immediately. They round DOWN to the nearest $5, said the slot club boothling.
