Can anyone help me on this? Station casinos drinks while gambling, Red Rock, Palms, Palace station etc....

At the bars, on the floor, while playing Paigow,  I always gamble fast, are they stingy? are they liberal? should I make a drink in the room then come down? thanks for any help.

Sure, have a drink B-4 you go out drinking.Maybe you drink fast.

That is a subjective question. Who has the best cocktail service? Yeah, right.

At the bars is the best bet.The servers are right there, looking for a toke.

I have had great cocktail service at the tables at MSS and the Fremont...Always.

The strip casinos are SO HUGE,it takes a while for the cocktail servers to get to you.

Look for a spot to gamble in close to the bar and she/he will get to you first.(Wink)

Show up with an empty casino glass at your favorite machine and see how fast they can run to you.

"Cocktails?"  "Drinks?"

Maybe you can drink at a high rate. Just tip liberally and they will have you on their radar!

Try two dollar bills, not a fist full of quarters. It's too heavy for the servers to carry around.

 NOT casino checks/chips.

The ladies /cocktail people with the longest legs walk faster!

The 6 footer at the Downtown Grand walked faster than I could run!

Different shifts,different servers.

If you drink 'early',the servers are not so plentiful.

Add your toke to the reply"Just keep them comming".

If you ask the pit bull for cocktails, they say"Oh,she/he will be around, soon."

Some servers will not allow you to have 2 drinks in front of you. Oh yeah?

The toke amount changes that rule, sometimes.

High limit room? You will be golden.Nickle/penny slots, not so much.

Get hammered and have fun,Molly.

I'll digress a bit, but yes, Molly, I suggest you make your own drink in the room.   Reason?  It may be my imagination, but drinks on the floor are tasting like crap lately.  Call for a brand?  A joke in regard to whiskey and gin.  A Jack and Coke tastes like they made it with cough medicine.  Order a double?  Maybe the double tip will help, try it.  They have their own definitions of "double", which may mean a bigger glass with more ice, same amount of liquor.

So, make your own first.  Then order the same from the floor (or table, or bar) for comparision.   If it is as good as yours, or even half way good, fine.   If you are disappointed, try safe stuff.  Wine (White Zin is dependable), Kaluah straight up or on ice, beer of course is safe, Mimosas fairly dependable, Margaritas maybe.  Not the CW's fault?  Sometimes the CW has to make up the drinks they take orders for, which means slower service and maybe the reason a cocktail doesn't meet expectations for taste.  I found this out when I asked how far the CW had to walk to fill orders (slow service...I was nice) and she told me she had to make her drinks.  Plus being watched closely on camera, very strict about doubles and serving when the previous drink isn't totally consumed yet.  Yikes!  Recently the worst gin and tonic I've ever been served (including on Sun

Again maybe my imagination, but I feel a sea change in regard to cocktails at the tables.  Used to be fabulous, but not anymore.   Inept bartenders or casino cut-back rules?  I've been so disappointed lately, and I'm talking high end Strip places.  I used to brag about "the best" Pina Coladas, "the best" Lemon Drop Martinis.  Now the lemon drops taste like they are made with outdated Crystal Light, and the Pina Coladas are from a mix and that's it.  I've complained on surveys.

Rant over!  Thanks.

Well, I got interrupted while trying to describe the worst gin and tonic I've ever been served, and to say even worse than one without limes--Sun Country airlines carries no limes!  I learned to bring my own when flying SC.  The worst was at a fancy bar in Biloxi.  So you can't count on anything anywhere!  Thanks.

Good comments all around, we gamble alot at D & 4Q bars & tip heavy, so no prob, but cocktail service everywhere is hit & miss, same as with mixed drinks.

Stations do a good job with cocktails IMO.   The general rule anywhere is the more people in the casino the longer it’s going to take the cocktail servers to make their rounds.   So you’ll get better service on weekdays vs weekends.   And afternoons vs evenings.

i play a lot of craps at Boulder Station.   I’ve never had issues with slow cocktails there.

LIMES?  Why would you need to have a lime in your drink?

 It's called personal preference.

Please leave the lime out of my Corona, next time.

Vitamin C is important,anyway.

Gin and tonic just isn't the same without it.  In fact, pretty bad.

Candy:"Gin and tonic,with a lime,please".

 Dave:"A corona without the lime,please".

Ralph: "A Tom collins,please".

Billy Bob: "Bud light".

Kevin:"Bottled water,please".

Bonnie:" A vodka martini,please".

Westie:"A  cabernet,please".
