Go Pack

i have a $50 7-1 bet on the Packers in the Super Bowl that I almost tore up numerous
times this year. I made this before the season began. Hope it comes in. I have a good
feeling. Aaron Rogers and his receivers indoors should be a handful for the Steelers.
I hope. I know the Steelers are the #1 defense.

Can't wait for the shampoo off between Matthews and Troy-Icantspellhisnamebymemory.

oops. Anyway, Wayne, I think I can match your story.
I have a $40 13-1 bet on the Packers AND a Lucky's coupon that matched half the bet. $520 and $260=$780.
I'm most happy that people in Dallas get to see how real NFL football teams play!
Good luck Wayne-GO PACK GO!

Nice bets guys. I had $100 on the Eagles at 26-1. You guys eliminated me weeks ago. Hey Wayne, 7-1 is pretty low odds to have gotten on Green Bay prior to the season starting. I'm guessing you probably made that wager at one of the MGM/Mirage or Caesars properties.

I have found that the Venetian/Palozzo usually offer the best odds on futures bets. They also offer alot of individual player future bets. For example, they offered wagers on which QB would have the most passing yards, which player would have the most recieving yards, and which running back would have the most rushing yards.

I recall during baseball season they had a future bet on who would hit the most homeruns. I will be going there at the end of March and am dying to see what the odds are on Adrian Gonzales. Playing at Fenway Park, if he stays healthy, there is no reason he shouldn't win the homerun title.

Good Luck on your Packers bets!

yes, it's at caesars before the season started. i have heard that i could have
bet 20-1 or more during the season when all the players were hurt. no one
was going and i wasn't betting the same bet. it was just a hunch in the beginning.

hope I/we win. I really think Rogers indoors will make the difference.

I've never been so conflicted.... Its too soon! Its too soon! They need 2 more years to cook! Since week 4 I've been saying they remind me of the 1994 Packers... you can tell we've got something special, but we're a few years away. Figured Detroit was the dagger, then the Giants collapse, and we suddenly are the hottest team in Football. Can we do it for one more game? If we do we're going to be damn scary for the next 2 years as well. Wish I had one of those tickets... was going to use the Lucky's futures bet in late December... on the Patriots. Doh!

Go Pack!

PS - My new Nevada plate is "PACK3RS" and I've had 3 different notes saying GO PACK! SUPERBOWL! etc... waiting on my windshield over the past week... pretty funny.
I saw on the news today that the Steelers just arrived in Dallas. I hope the Packers are on their way. The forcast is for a huge snow storm to hit the midwest today and tomorrow. My family lives in Milwaukee and they're predicting 18-20 inches of snow. Go Packers!

Linda in TX (but from Milwaukee)
snowstorm shnowstorm. I was at the eagles loss to the packers, and to be honest, I didn't think that team would win another game. Fortunately, my dentist got me to bet BOTH pack and steelers on the championship. Now I'm holding bets against myself as i took a dime for both sides: my wife wants one and dr x wants the other side. I dont care! My best post season since the yankees won last time, all banked. Life is good! Good luck!
Hope you guys make oodles on Sunday---Sunday----SUNDAY!!!

(my husband is a closet packers fan,and will be rooting for them too)
