Good vp in MGM vicinity

Will be treating myself by staying 3 nites at the MGM Sig next trip. That said, the closest I usually get to the actual Strip is when I fly in or out of McCarran. Is there any good vp in the immediate MGM vicinity - I don't want to go over $1 vp and my car will be valeted so I don't want to come and go a lot. Yes, I'll do my homework on vpfree but sometimes it's incomplete or outdated.
I'll be using the last of my rebate at the Trop but their vp is pretty limited. I thought I might settle for the fp vp at NYNY that doesn't accrue slot points rather than play short pay machines.
Note that during the daytime, I'll take the car and hit my usual off-Strip spots, but I don't want to be away all day and night. Suggestions?

In the high-limit room at MGM are $1 50-play machines that have 9/6 JOB and 8/5 BP. You can play only
1 line. Unless I'm mistaken, it's the best $1 vp available on the strip.

You can also play Spin Poker just one line at a time. MGM has those with $1 9/6 JoB. The MGM video poker in vpFREE2 looks correct to me.

I'm not sure exactly what games you consider "fp", but the Trop has one 25c/50c/$1 8/5 BP 50 play and also some $1 8/5 BP Spin Poker and STP that you can play just one line on.

Also I haven't been there in awhile, but Hooter's used to have several machines with 99%+ games.

Bit further down the strip then you might wish to venture but TI has 9/6 JoB in single line .50-$10, VPFree lists 12 machines but last time there we found I believe a total of 15.

Hooter's (yep, I know it's pretty dumpy in there) has 5c thru $1 fullpay Jacks. It's almost directly across Tropicana from the side entrance to MGM.....couldn't be more than a 3 minute walk. I played quarters there about 6 months ago.

No, Keith - not the tip. Just the trouble to drive out and mess with the Strip traffic. I'll be staying at SP later in the trip, so I do know where the decent vp is.
