Sorry this doesn't answer your question, but in June my room tv at Orleans did not have the races available. That was the only time out of the many times that I have stayed there that the races weren't available on the room tv.
i too experienced that at orleans this last trip 2 weeks ago. i think south point and gold coast show the races on their cable, but call the race book and ask to be sure anywhere
