They give you a handwritten pink slip with your win at the time and then mail you the real thing, but I never got them. I'm sure they'll still report the wins, though.

Congrats on the big year! I don't play nearly as much as you do. I think that I am down a little after giving about 75% of that hit at the FQ during Thanksgiving. I wasn't sniffing too many quads. I had a bad feeling on that trip when I first got there and I hit four natural aces twice on $0.50 JW in Chicago's where the progressive was up to $3600.
