the personality of the dealer would matter, at least somewhat. I have watched dealers be complete jerks, and then when you catch a big hand, they act like they have been your best friend all along. and, if it matters, keep in mind that in most places the tips are pooled and shared. there is no right or wrong, just don't stiff the dealer. $25 sounds good to me, especially if you have already been tipping while winning and losing at that table game. always keep in mind at these table games, if at anytime some kind of situation or dispute arises, the dealer will remember who has been tipping and who has not. if he/she has to explain the case to the floor person, they might plead a good case for you. if you have been nasty or a non-tipper, they might be happy to see you get mad and leave.
