Yeah, what happened to that Wellbush paradox thread?
It got drunk and wandered in front of a speeding truck.
In lieu of that, I'd like to discuss the Anvil Paradox. It goes like this:
We are knowing anvil cannot fly, yes? But I be taking anvil to top of Strat tower. I drop. I look down, and anvil is flying, yes? Is puzzlement! They say anvil cannot fly, but is flying! Paradox!
Please do not be making silly science arguments about this.
It's hilarious. Really, though, did the LVA staff remove it, or did/can the original poster remove it? I was sort of having fun beating my head against a wall.
Well, I don't think a poster can delete an entire thread, even if he started it. And you can delete your own posts, but only for a day or two. So I'm pretty sure that LVA deleted it. Why, I can't imagine. The bozoific thinking behind the "Wellbush Paradox," etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. is exactly what LVA tries to counter with the sound gambling advice they offer.
The thread was going absolutely nowhere--but that isn't exactly unique, and hasn't prompted LVA to get out the flaming sword before. Perhaps the OP was on to something after all, and the Deep Casino State had him rubbed out.
