I've decided not to make any bets, because every $100 I bet will cost me $4.54. it would be the same as if somebody walked up to me and offered to buy my $100 bill for $95.46. I would refuse.
I'm being facetious, as I know that what you're actually buying is entertainment. Though I can watch the game for free, the chance of winning money jazzes it up for millions of people. It also makes Sheboygan State vs. South Dakota Remedial Institute worth watching. I've bet on so many things in my life, the thrill of -EV is nonexistent for me. But I'm in the minority, I know.
FWIW, I've read that college sports are the only real sports betting opportunity for advantage play, because a pro bettor can familiarize himself with one or two obscure conferences and know more about their teams and matchups than the Vegas bookies do. Value can be found, though I don't know if there's enough value to win at a 53.5% clip, which is what you need just to break even.
I generally loathe college sports, because of the ridiculously one-sided matchups that serve only to boost the reputations of the huge favorites, and the systems that incentivize total-points blowouts--which is why the first team is still on the field in the fourth quarter when they're leading by seven touchdowns. Ridiculous, and unsportsmanlike.
So to answer your question, I'm going with South Dakota Remedial Institute at +38, -110.
