Luckys Future Bets

I purchased a futures bets from Luckys sports book a year ago for this years Super Bowl winner to come from the Northern division of either league, a winner! I reread the ticket today and my $10 bet is going to pay $30 when I cash it in. In the past when I played a sports book bet like this I would have won the $30 plus gotten my $10 wager back for a total of $40. Is Luckys the only sports book who is doing this or are they all doing this now?
You don't say whether the odds give were 2 to 1 or 3 to 1. Also always read whether it says 3 to 1 or 3 for 1.
Thanks for taking the time to respond to my question, the odds are listed as 3/1, the bottom line says Take $10 to win $30. I have been doing this ever since the Packer victory back in 1997 and all the bets that I placed since that time gave you the bet back along with the $30 that you won for 3/1 odds. I think this is something unique just to Luckys, I just wondered if any of the other sports books were doing the same.
Ive placed bets to include futures bets in casinos and have had my original bet returned with the win. My best and luckiest was a few years back taking the Rams at 130-1 for 10 dollars. It had an exciting finish. I was paid 1310 dollars.

Lucky's does use the "Take: $10" to "Win: $30." When you are paid they'll pay you $40. Some places like the California Hotel uses "Take: $10" to "Collect: $40." But in either case they'll still pay you $40. Yes, you do get your $10 back.
Thanks for the reply, I will be getting to Vegas Wednesday evening, I will let you know if they pay me the way you say and the way I hope to be paid.

The futures bet I placed in March with Lucky's (at the Plaza) said "Take $15 to Win $37.50" -- the odds at the time were 5/2. When I turned in my winning bet in November, I was paid $52.50, as expected. You'll get $40.

In re-reading your post, it is also possible that you may have to do some talking (to the right people) to get paid. They may not want to pay you before the Super Bowl, since the game has not been played and no "winner" determined. It's a technicality, of course, since your bet is a certain winner, but you may have to talk to the book manager to get paid "early".
