Not a popular person to LV golfers. When he built Desert Pines, Royal Links and Bali Hai, he received financial concessions for each in return low rates for locals. In each case he gave locals token discounts until forced to do more. He does nothing illegal, but he'll push you to the limit to benefit himself. On the plus side though, he does a lot of charity work and donates a lot of money.
