My Experience With LVA MRB Coupons At D Casino

The original poster states that it says right on the coupon, if player breaks with exactly 22 the bet is a push instead of a loss. How hard is that to comprehend? Are their pit bosses idiots?

Pit Bosses can interpret their house rules anyway the want to.

But they did see the coupon when I used it but they were questioning me about what it was about.

And they kind of didn't believe me that I got the coupon that I gave them from the D Slot Booth. I did have to explain that the original coupon came from the Las Vegas Advisor coupon book and that coupon was to be taken to the Slot Club booth to be exchanged for the D Casino issued coupon.

When I did this promo earlier this year, I redeemed the MRB coupon at the slot club. The slot club then gave a voucher. I then took that voucher to the tables. The pit crew never saw the coupon.

It's hard to track your description, but if your experience was like mine, the pit crew never saw the MRB coupon or its printed rules. Not an excuse, the casino created this system and should abide by it. But on the specific question of whether the pit crew sees the MRB coupon under that system as I experienced it, the answer is no.

Yes, I told the Pit People that the original coupon came from the Las Vegas Advisor Members' Rewards Book and that coupon had to be taken to the D Casino Slot Club booth in order to get the coupon that I brought to the table. But more than one pit person looked at that coupon and they were still confused as to what it was to be used for until I fully explained it.

So I don't know if they just didn't get what the coupon was for or whether they were purposely acting like they had no clue as to what it was. That didn't affect me. But as I read the D coupon itself, it was clear to me that on a bet of no more than $25, if the Player ended up busting with a total of exactly 22, then that bet would be a Push instead of a Loss.

But the more that I think about this, they could have been confused anyway because even if they would have looked at the LVA coupon, if I'm remembering correctly, the back of the coupon was messed up since the wording on the Fitzgeralds coupons were switched around and later the MRB had a sticker on the front telling people about that mix up.

Oh, and by the way Chilcoot, the whole reason why I posted this thread was because of your initial posting. I wanted to let the group know that at least by my experience, things still did not change
after your experience although Anthony had said that he had spoken to the D to straighten that out and so that MRB coupon users should be aware of this so that they could deal with the Pit People about this if need be.
