We played video poker at Virgin last week and recieved zero credit for our play. They said there was a formula but couldn't or wouldn't explain why we got zero points. They did send us comp room offers this week, but I am guessing we would have gotten those without our play last week.

At least you got on their radar for room comps. New players club system? Tiers, like gold, platinum, etc.?

It's not as if their video poker is anything to write home about. Preliminary reports say it's terrible.
I didn't expect this place to be anything other than a Strip-style ripoff megatoilet.
Wondering how their table games & minimums are? Anything particularly interesting?
we didn't see anyone playing at the tables, so didn't even bother checking table limits. The rooms have always been nice so we are staying there for a couple nights next month. Probably play tables since our video poker didn;t earn any points. Also only one bar had video poker with 8 seats
Seems kinda dangerous for them to be so stingy. Whats the big draw for staying some place thats completely isolated from all the touristy neighborhoods in the city, has no feature attraction, and a tight casino?
You've got new resorts opening this year...Circa....Resorts World ...and Virgin. The first two have location and assets that make them desirable. What exactly would make someone choose Virgin over the other two? I cant think of anything.
They better call Anthony and get some matchplays going =)
Got a mailer from them "awarding" us the lowest tier level and no comps based on our HR status. In other words, no carryover benefit at all other than an insult. May or may not get there eventually as I'd rather see Circa or wait for RW.
