OLD SLOT CARDS

I do carry a backpack when on the Strip.
It comes in handy for that stack of slot cards I have, plus Rock'n Rita's stack of cards.
I also carry a sweater for her for those casinos that are 56 degrees.
My backpack also comes in very handy for any souveniers bought, or trinkets acquired along the way.

Oh Yeah, ........ I also carry in it the entire LVA Coupon Book,
as I am petrified of tearing out a coupon prior to being in the presence of the boothling or cashier.

I actually have experienced that -- last year as a matter of fact at Fantasy Springs Casino and if I'm remembering correctly, it also previously happened to me at Stratosphere.

I have a excel printout because I LUG around both my own and my husband's in my tote bag.

We only go once a year and I find they really don't change much, (of course so many merge and change hands )That brings up the question?? Should you have joint accounts? We also have separate accounts here on the east coast and wonder why our benefits are so different . I get more comp for bonus play but he gets more food comps... He usually plays a little morelive poker than I do.

I'm with RecVP on this, check to see if there are any promotions for new player sign ups at the casinos you plan to visit, than inquire to see if you are in their system. It might be worth a buffet discount or some freeplay.

As to having joint cards, I think a friend of mine has the right idea. He usually goes with the same 3 - 5 people and they all play under the same card. The comps they get are much bigger than if they played with separate cards and they share the comps among themselves.
