Olreans and the Gold Coast

Gold Coast has a bingo room.
To me, the Orleans is a LOT smokier.
What about 3 card poker and Pai Gow poker minimums at the GC and the Orleans?

Any luck there finding $5 tables on a weekday evening?
GC Ports 'o call used to be one of our mainstays for each trip until last trip. Food was aweful...it was free from ACG coupons and the wife and I were still ticked. Would have ask for my money back if it were not free. There was multiple other people talking about how it had went down hill last year.....perhaps it has improved. I still prefer the Orleans in all aspects....their weekend champagne brunch is a steal in my opinion. The have more of a selection of VP that we play so gambling gets an edge there as well.....
I think buffet's are very tough to judge. When in Vegas I eat three buffets a day. Most frequesnt are LVH, Ports O Call Orleans and MSS. I eat at the Spice market and Bellagio as well. I would not say buffets usually drop off in any given year but i will say meal to meal properties have good days and bad days.

I've seen $5.00 Paigow at both during the evenings and I've played $5.00 3 card poker at G. C. in the evening before (can't remember what the Orleans had cause I didnt play any 3 card there)!!
I agree with tslate. I really feel that some of the low to mid-range buffets can vary day to day.....
Orleans. Better buffet, game selection, sexy cocktail waitress outfits and over-all theme
