The wins are obviously always fun but when you play for those stakes the losses can be as deep.

The following pics are a trip that buomalley and I did about 2 weeks ago.



She had the first royal on the evening of arrival. Always nice to call it a night ahead.

After all that hard work, we walked away a bit over $2K winner. Not complaining at all....everything was comped to include a two bedroom suite, meals at Olives (2), Wolfgang Puck's (2), Fiamma, Nob Hill, Craftsteak and Seablue, lots of great wine and an overall great time. This is how a trip should end but the reality is that there are too few that play out this way.

danfed - do you recall where the multiplier came up on that beautful hand up above? like did it come up on the first or second card.....or not until the fouth or fifth? im curious if you had three 3's and then got the multiplier and hoped for and got dealt the fourth.

I am trying to imagine playing $50.00 a hand and quite honestly, the testicles I don't possess just crawled up into my body.. so I am not ready for that anytime anyplace.
I have played dollar STP for $18.00 a hand and have to remind myself to breath during the (very short) process.

Once I had a large TITO, placed it into a $5.00 VP machine but got quads in 3 hands so cashed out and went my merry way thanking my lucky glittered stars.

Not sure if I understand the question.

This was a dealt hand. 3's with kicker pays $800 per hand. 50 lines X $800= $40K.

This is on a 9/6 DDB game in high limit at the MGM.

i sorry dan but i confused you and kvangild. kvangild is the one who had the threes with a kicker on an EIGHT TIMES multiplier.
