its four card keno.

card a
card b
card c
card d

you can see on the left that card a had five numbers hit, and on the right, card c had five numbers hit.

think of it like sex in the city where you play four games at once. only instead of putting each game on a quarter-screen so you can see it all, it plays on ONE screen because its not going from game one to two to three to four, like sex in the city. its one game, one set of numbers, you just have four "cards" for that set of numbers.

Jenaphir...has it right.

Lady friend was playing four card keno, in which you get to choose 4 different sets of numbers to be played on the same 20 ball draw of a keno spin.

In that particular case, she was playing 3 five spots (A-B, and C) and one 4 spot (D)

She ended up hitting the 2 five spots in that picture for 810 quarters each hit. Total $400+ bucks.

She ended up hitting the 4 spot a little later for $100 more bucks.

It was a good night!

Keno is fun, and its a nice variation/distraction from the video poker games every once in a while.

keno is what i accidentally won my $5000 on (I WON FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS!!!!) and i find myself playing it in nickels at california because they have insane progressive jackpots for 9/9 and 10/10 hits.

Oh, OK, thanks for the lesson...... I've only played the single card keno.
Didn't understand How the 4 card game worked.
I'd see people with the A's & B's & C's on their screen, and didn't know how to read it. lol
This was a result of the 3rd of 3 'last hand before I go broke' hands in a row. This was a thrill seekers payoff. I rarely leave after a hand like this but I did this time.

Joyce will recognize the machine pictured.

Like the lines from "Broadcast News"........

Tom Grunnick: What do you do when your real life exceeds your dreams?
Aaron Altman: Keep it to yourself.
Nice hit, Phil! Congrats!!!
Keno = Frustration!

I did hit a 6 spot on the old red coin droppers once and while waiting for a handpay hit a 5 spot next to it.

Does anyone still have those old keno machines?

Sue

Nice hit Phil! That machine likes you! I've been staying away from those cause they have been sucking me dry.

Got this little win at Empress this morning on penny Rawhide on my first $20.00.

Thanks Frankie! Nice wins for you and LF!
