...on a brighter note, here were wins of note from my recent Vegas trip:
$57 and 11 medals in one bonus round on Star Trek at Bally's:
$113 win off a $0.30 bet on Monopoly Jackpot Station at the former Barbary Coast thanks to two 5-of-a-kind wins with 10x bonus spins:
Lots of wilds in the Flying Monkey bonus on WoZ at Encore:
...this picture was taken exactly 2 minutes later -- it's probably the end result of that bonus:
Time for the Video Poker wins. This was playing Ultimate X poker at MGM grand for nickels - I hit a quad in Bonus Poker Deluxe with an 11x multiplier for 4400 coins, or $220.00.
Two out of three quads in Bonus Poker Deluxe for nickels at The Orleans for 800 coins ($40) :
Quad Aces at Fitzgerald's for $100:

I hit a bunch of regular quads there, too (all progressive for $31.75 - about $40), and a couple of 200-credit ($50) bonus quads as well, but didn't take pictures of those.
....and, saving the best for last, the big one of the trip, playing "Big Event" video poker, I got the "Four to a Royal" bonus at Red Rock:

...and nailed the 10 I needed for a sweet $1,000 win! (I missed the picture of the Royal as it went off the screen, but the "win" and cash meters reflect the big win.)
That was the big one of the trip, and was awesome!
