First, the quad 9's wasn't me -- it was a lady sitting next to me. How on earth would she draw a fifth 9? No mistake made there -- it made no difference whether she held her kicker card on the deal or not.
The $400,000 win looks legit. The person tossed all five cards and drew aces with a kicker. The machine would not lock up on dealt aces with a kicker -- it'd make you hold all five cards. It would lock up on a dealt Royal, but not the quads.
