Promotional Chips

In December, I have been invited to Red Rock to play with $750 in promotional chips. Here's my question: Say I played roulette and put all $750 on Red (not my plan, but it simplifies my question) and win my bet. I know I receive the winnings in regular chips but what happens to the original $750 in promotional chips at this point? Since they have been wagered, can they now be switched to regular chips or do I have to continue to bet them until I lose them?
Any time that I have used promo chips, it has always been "play them until you lose them." They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for regular chips.
They could do this several different ways and they might ban some strategies you might like to try. I would ask them about it.
Different places tend to do promo chips in several ways. As stated earlier it is always best to ask before you play. Some places you play till you loose while others it is a one hit play win or lose. Of course it is better for you if it is play till you loose, as it makes the $750 worth so much more. Good luck.
