I will have a car for a day after returning from Bryce Canyon. I thought of going to Red Rock before dropping off the car. What are table minimums? No need to go if they are the same as Strip. Thanks!

Not quite as bad. Latest reports show that $10 games are still a thing. I'm still stunned that $5 games are almost extinct, but it's better than getting hammered for $25 on the Strip, with shitty games to boot.
Red Rock is kind of "upscale pseudo-Strip fancy-ass locals' joint," with prices to match. It would be about my 11th choice re where to go away from the Strip and downtown. But you'll like the looks of the place.
Edit: frankly, the reason to go over that way isn't a casino: it's Red Rock Canyon, or as Elmer Fudd calls it, Wed Wock Canyon. Beautiful scenic drive, and in fact, the only scenery within 50 miles of Vegas; for that matter, the only place that isn't horrifically ugly. Of course, you'll have seen the same sort of stuff, though much better, in and around Bryce.
If there's a cold storm coming in from the west beforehand, the Spring Mountains that are a backdrop for Wed Wock sometimes get snow, which is beautiful.
