Sam's Town Video Poker Purge

According to VPFree, Sam's Town has started pulling full pay video poker. Hopefully, these will only be relocated to another location. If it's permanent, I'm done with Sam's Town.

Thankfully, it doesn't look like they removed any of my FP $ DDB machines, so I'm still happy.

The best paying DDB machines at Sam's Town were in quarters and they were pulled. Those had pay tables of 100.07%. None of those exist at Sam's Town at any level.

This is really bad to hear. What about the banks of triple-play quarter progressives - did they survive the purge?

However their vp is still decent (IMHO). Full pay JOB, BP, DB and DDB to name a few!

I don't remember seeing any 3 play 25c progressives there with decent paytables. So they wouldn't be listed in vpFREE2 any way.

The way I look at it the FP DDP machines at just under 99% are positive when you add in the gold card (3 visits to Billy Bobs), 3x points, suite and $200 FP. Almost forgot to add the 2 free jackets for their January promotion.

Well they didn't touch my approximately 30 machines...still FP DDB (all levels). Bummer was the 2 free jackets...due to a strike in California they didn't get their shipments in and I was stuck with a medium and an XXL (I wear a L)...2 more gifts for Christmas. Ended up with 3 W-2s...all for KAces.
3 times at Billy Bobs was great and the suite was great.

How much play are you doing at Sam's to get gold card, suite and $200 in free play?
