She Beat Incredible Odds

My friend and I were going the other day to visit the Jackson Rancheria, a large Indian Casino here in No. Calif. So I went to their website to see what was new.

On their winners' list is a tale of a woman who was playing .25 Double Super Times Pay VP. She got a 10X multiplier on the Deal, was dealt a royal flush in hearts, and got another 10X Multiplier(!) on the Draw for a nifty $100,000 jackpot. It must have been a 5-play: $1,000 X 5 X 20 = $100,000.00. As the website put it, the odds of this happening were about 1 in our national debt.

About time the Indian casinos got a taste of their own medicine.

In Double Super Times Pay VP, if you get a multiplier and a dealt royal on the same hand it always automatically becomes 20x (10x on deal and redeal) so it is not so such an unlikely scenario. Cool story nonetheless.

Interesting... doesn't sound too random then.
