Slot Tokens

I came across a box of old slot tokens while helping my parents move. I think they are all $1 tokens, but they are from many different properties around Las Vegas (Mirage, MGM Grand, etc.). Can these still be redeemed? They have a few hundred, so I hope it's not a total loss. I know some of these are collectable, but most are in fairly poor shape. Thanks.
FROM What casinos? - they HAVE to accept them for cash.

Any coins from deceased casinos??
Most are from MGM Grand and Mirage. Some appear to be from deceased casinos, i.e. the Boardwalk. A few are from Atlantic City as well. I didn't know what each casino's policy was on redemption. I live in Missouri, and I'm pretty sure that they are redeemable forever here.
I'm not sure that they have to accept them. Casinos change chips all the time and you only have until the deadline they impose to cash them or they are worrthless.
I'd be interested in any defunct Atlantic City ones at face value plus shipping.

The coins can most likely still be used in any "Big Bertha" style slot machine... usually the ones closest to a door or high-profile area.

If the casinos are defunct, there is potential that the token may be worth more than face value. A quick check on eBay should help easily determine that.

Seems like people are alittle confused if you are talking about table CHIPS, or Slot Tokens
for dollar slot machines?
I think you are talking about dollar slot tokens for Coin dropper machines........

If they Are dollar Slot tokens, it sounds like you Could spend them like BT mentioned,
if you don't want to Save or sell them to collectors.

I'm sure the defunct casino Tokens Got to be worth something on Ebay.
Actually, after fees, very few of the tokens on eBay are even bringing face value. There are some exceptions but the majority seem to go for under a dollar, minus your selling fees, listing fees, picture fees and paypal.
eBay is no longer a place to make money on this sort of stuff. That train left the station long ago.
FWIW, I wasn't recommending selling them on ebay... only on checking to see if any particular token was worth more than another.
