Congrats on scoring the $500 ts... I did forget to post that part about the MC opening up the first envelope and pulling out a blank card... was too funny. While we're walking to the cage, the manager said that after the first 9 envelopes were all $500 they were worried that there wasn't a $5000 one up there!

Ugh, Dan we need to have lunch or something, I'm royal-less since 7/13 and I think South Point flipped the doom switch on me as the quick quads have been anything but.

Here's a question... a) would they have given me the $5K in freeplay/points if I would have asked them to? because b) then it isn't taxable (ok, ok, I mean they wouldn't issue a 1099 for it), right?

I had one today....HR on the Spin Poker Deluxe 20 line.....2nd time I hit a RF on Spin Poker and hit the draw/deal button so fast I never seen it! LOL

BTW, who needs RF's when you can win drawings for $5K at a clip?

Isn't it funny that when you want FP, they don't offer it? If it was a place with crappy games, you might as well take the cash, right? But GC has some decent games that I'd be happy to play free play through and not deal with a 1099. Sometimes you can't always get what you want. Still, I'd be happy to take the 1099 if there was no other choice.

Technically it wasn't free play....they put the points on your account and you didn't need to play anything just cash them out.

I didn't believe in drawings much until I just won $1000 at South Point. Just one of 10, no second chances. I wasn't there for the drawing, but saw the board at 4:00a.m.. Couldn't believe my eyes!
