I think this is very much game-dependent. Assuming you mean low-limit NLHE, I'd suggest the Excalibur. Planet Hollywood has a reputation for loose, gamble-it-up drunk players, but I've never played there. If you're looking for limit poker, I'd say Flamingo.
Thanks for the feedback Matt. I am actually staying at the Flamingo. Can one beat the rake at limit. I have been looking at NL because I didn't think Limit offered an advantage.
Excalibur also allows short stacking. Only downside there is the Uber fee.
