Jerry Ice,
We went to South Point today. Approximately 2,450 points got you a spin. Spins were nothing to write home about. Together we had 8 spins with a value of $90. This equates to a return .46%.
Well, that suggests (I know, small sample size) that the average prize is reasonably larger than the smallest prizes.
I remember some promos from back in the day, where you would play X amount and get a virtual wheel spin or some such and win "up to" 48 bazillion dollars, except the result of the spin always seemed to be 1,500 points or something trivial like that. Stations was particularly notorious for that.
My takeaway here is that this promo is better than the gas/gift card or double points promos on a percentage return basis. Looking forward to more data--thanks.
