The way I read the flyer that Chil provided, you MUST do your 1st redemption within 24 hours of SIGNING UP, regardless of how much you lost (if you did lose).
Whether you lose $500 or $100, you MUST do 1st redemption within 24 hours of SIGNING UP to be eligible for the 2nd and 3rd redemptions. If you don't claim your 1st redemption in time, you lose it all, no 2nd and 3rd redemptions.
When you sign up, ask when the clock starts and when your 24 deadline ends, also exactly how and where to redeem.
So, if you signed up at exactly 11:00 PM Sunday night, theoretically you have until 11:00 PM Monday night to lose and claim your 1st redemption part of your loss. (But don't cut it that close, or you'll end up in some long line, or they will have closed the slot club desk, or the slot club attendant will be on break, or you have to go to some special promo desk at the other end of the building and then to the cashier at the opposite end, or some other disaster that keeps you from redeeming by your 24 hour redemption deadline.)
When you do your first redemption, they should be able to tell you 1) the amount of your loss, 2) how much you get right then, 3) and when your next redemption ("active gaming day") period begins. It is all about your loss during that first 24 hours. Wait until you think you have lost the $500 to do your 1st redemption, because that is the amount that the 2nd and 3rd redemptions will be based on.
Hey, I'm basing my 'advice' on what is contained in that flyer, not experience. But that is the best I can tell.
It sounds like a good offer if you jump through all the hoops at the right times.
Good luck!
