Super Bowl props

Has anyone found any good prop bets for sunday ?  I know the odds are not great, but I think I will throw a few dollars at the game but haven't looked at the options yet

I'm offering Over/Under 6.5 -110 for the number of times an announcer will say, "They have to take care of the football" (feed it, change its diaper, burp it).

Number of times the ball will be referred to as "the football" even though there is no other ball in sight, bowling, ping-pong, or masquerade: 117.5.

Number of commercials that are NOT about pickup trucks, beer, shaving equipment, or the military: 12.

Brent, because the odds on these bets usually stink to the point where I'm not interested, I haven't studied this in depth. Nonetheless, there is one recurring piece of advice I keep hearing, and I'll pass it on to you:

Bet the "won't happen," the Under, etc. on any proposition. The rationale is that the public likes to see action and scoring and will bet that way, so the lines will penalize that.

I also hear that you should look for correlations: situations wherein if one bet wins, another is more likely to win as well (and the frequency of such situations is why casino sports books no longer let you parlay prop bets). So you might reason as follows:

1. I expect this game to be close.

2. There will be more running plays late in the game if 1. is the case.

3. Joe Thundercheeks will get more rushing yards if 2. is the case.

Bet accordingly.

You might, of course, head in the opposite direction if you thought the game was going to be a blowout (and blowouts tend to go Under, FWIW).

If you go to the LVA YouTube channel on your PC, the Friday episode is about Super Bowl bets, scroll down to the link, 2025 Super Bowl Picks from the Pros. You need to put in your email, and it opens a page with 10 prop picks.

That was a pretty good you tube on LVA.  I decided that I could do a same game parlay with some of the basic Prop bets included, and was able to changr some of the lines.  I got KC plus 3.5,Under 55.5, Philly over 16.5, Hurts anytime TD , Mahomes1 passing TD and Hunt plus 25 yds at almost 8 to 1.  That is alot to cheer for, but very possible.

I've got Barkley at over 20.5 carries at -110.  It is up to 21.5 now.

Other is a bit of a flier:  Pacheco over 20.5 yards rushing (he is falling out of favor a bit) and Mahomes over 239.5 passing at +210

Good luck to all!

Well. time to reinvest.. I am guessing barkley gets alot of carries 2nd half

He better as the first one is toast.  :)

Mahomes could get a bunch of garbage yards in 2nd half but Pacheco looks dead.
