Terrible's $100 coupon

Please check the coupon out again! I say this because the one that I printed out on 11/11/2010 says that the coupon expires 11/30/2011 (which means that it was extended [for the one-time use only] through November of next year).

Again, you should be able to find the coupon to print out through the Member Rewards Online section which you can get to through the Navigation Menu section after you are properly signed in in the Members' section.

I used the coupon on Weds. 12/22. I do not play a lot of VP - I'll play free play offers and coupons but this was the first time I'd ever put more than $20 into a machine. I played 8/5 JoB at 50 cents (5 x 10cents) a hand. My $100 lasted about 5 hours, and I earned about 1200 points. (i.e. each $ was played through the machine about 12 times.) I seemed to get a 4-of-a-kind about once an hour. I played my bonus play through once, again at 50 cents a hand, and cashed out $95.

Does this result sound "typical"? I was using the strategy chart for 8/5 JoB from the ACG book.

And - I am not a slot club junkie. I don't get involved with the details of the various point systems. Weds. was a day where 1000 base points of play earned a $5 gas card reward. And they have a promo where 100 base points of play on any given day, earns a $8 buffet comp, limit 2/day (they advertise it as a free breakfast or lunch, but it might also qualify as a $8 discount on the dinner buffet). All well and good. But I was shocked to find, when I went back the next day to play BJ, that Thursdays are 5X POINTS. I'm really disappointed that LVA or the Terrible's club desk didn't at least mention that to me. I could have earned 6000 points instead of just 1200. I know that no one is obligated to explain anything to me, but LVA did go out of their way to explain how the loss rebate offer worked... adding a "BTW, consider playing this offer on a Bonus Point Day if you can" to the explanation would have helped me out.

sbarvian--- Actually a couple members DID mention the Bonus points day...........just gotta visit here
alittle more often. Live & Learn. You still did well cashing out $95. Congrats.

LVA has a whole page with Bonus points days listed. Its called "Players Club Bonus Points" page.

There should be a "Slot Club Bonus Points" link on this website (in the Gambling section) which should mention the 5X points on Thursdays and 10X points for Slot Machines only on Sundays.

As for getting a Four-Of-A-Kind about once an hour, that should be about right since they tend to happen (at least in Jacks Or Better games) about once in 425 hands.

After the coupon play, I'm still waiting for all those Terribles offers to start rolling in..........
i'm less than enthused about terribles. The slot boothling did not like that i lost my hundy in the morning before they open the booth, so, no freeplay for me. I did try twice to lose the hundy in novermber, so getting aces and a hundred profit on day one, made getting shut out on the coupie on day 2 less of a big deal. Just be sure if you use it you have it at the club before making your deposit in a game. Good luck!
radford, those are the rules .. not sure why you are complaining?
i used this on 50-cent video poker, got down to $50 way too fast, switched over to keno and won $300-something (i dont remember what right now).

I probably shouldn't complain, were it printed as present 'first' instead of stating to bring it at redemption, meaning when one recoups.. I can quit my bellyaching. mea culpa. Good Luck!
i had problemos finding it so i called audry(sp?) johnson @ LVA and she walked me through and i got it printed and now i am ready for first weak of march to try terribles.
