hi everyone. im new to this site. was wandering about this offer from tropicana hotel pays you back up to 200 of your losses .Half the day of play and half in a month. How does this work? do you have to come back to the casino to collect it? please help?

Also, if you lose the 2oo and they pay back 100 is that the day of so if we went there and lost 200 in an hour or so we could get half of it back right away? Is the return money or some kind of gift card? Last, In a month how do you get the rest of it. We are from chicago and would not return so quickly thank you

"slots only" includes vp, but not all vp machines. Some vp machines will have a sticker that says it is not good for promo play.

At least as far as I know, the $200 that you would be getting back (eventually) would not be in cash but rather in the form of Freeplay credits which would need to be played through an acceptable machine one time and then you can cash out for Dollars and Cents whatever is left of it.

If I remember correctly (but you will have to check this with the casino -- unless someone around here knows what's what with this [I haven't yet taken advantage of that promotion]), you actually have up to one year (unless they have changed this period) to get access to the other half of the Freeplay money.

And I should say (since it previously happened to me) that no one here's name is "ignore." The person's name who is posting is right below their icon (if they have one). Otherwise it is the name that is above the "Ignore" button. So in this instance you are probably trying to thank either "tslate," "chetthejet43" or "fredorules" or all of them.

If you click on the "Ignore" icon, then whoever's name is above that word (such as the above names), you will not be able to see any postings from that person (unless maybe another poster quotes something that the person you wish to ignore has posted).

Whatever amount you lose, half of it is available to you as Free Play right away. I forget if you have to go back to the club desk to request it. The second $100 is available starting one month later, and is available for up to a year after you earned it. When I got the second half of my free play on my last visit, I stood in line at the desk for a while, only to be told that all I needed to do was swipe my card at the kiosk and activate the free play there.

In answer to sbarvian, no, you don't have to go back to the players club to request your rebate. You simply go to a kiosk, swipe, select the option to download your fp, then go to one of the machines that the fp promo is acceptable on, insert your card, hit number 7 on the keyboard, and you can download any of the amounts that scroll across the screen. When you initially sign up for the players card, ask them for a card which gives you instructions as to how to download your fp.
Note: this works the same way when returning for your second rebate - no need to go stand in line at the desk.

There has been a change in the schedule of when free play is awarded. You now get 50% back the day of sign-up, 25% the following day and the remaining 25% on the day following.
