My wife has yet to pick up her second round since our visit in March. Does anyone know if Trop's new 50%-25%-25% formula retroactive for people like my wife or can she pick up all her remaining 50% loss on her next trip?

If they still have you on record (and they should), no; so your answer is "probably not".

But, you never know, they may have purged your record. You just won't know unless you check with the slot club. You might be able to call them and find out.

I had been a member in the last five years and was considered a new member and allowed to do the promotion. You should be ok.
