Tuscany verses Terribles

Can anyone give me opinions on these two casinos?

If you could only visit one... Which one, and why?
Terribles has that "locals" connection so seems to have a little better play/pay out like Sam's Town.

While the Tuscany name sounds fashionable the casino seems a little plain like a Sam's Club.
Tuscany, by far.

1. They have three days with 10x points, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday. The 10x points adds 1% to the payback, making games like 8/5 BP and 9/7 DB playable. Multi-line games are not eligible for the 10x points.

2. In February, they have gift cards on Tuesdays. 1,000 points = $10 card, 5 cards max. Since each dollar in earns one point, this is also a 1% addition. And you can play the multi-line games, reducing the time needed to earn the 5,000 points.

3. In addition to the cashback, you also earn comp dollars, which you can use in the restaurants and gift shop and for the hotel. If I remember the numbers correctly, this adds another .5% or so to the payback. The Gift Shop will special order for you if their vendors have something they don't normally carry. I regularly order boxes of cigars.

4. Restaurants - there are three and one snack bar by the pool. Coffee Shop has some pretty good daily specials, for example steak and eggs for $6.99. The Italian restaurant, Tuscany Gardens is surprisingly good. In the morning, at the pool snack bar, they large breakfast sandwiches for $2.99 (I think...its either $2.99 or $3.99).

5. Clientele - fewer wierdos at the Tuscany.

6. Slot Club desk - really nice folks working there.
Thank you ... Soo Much

I have been waiting, soo, this is good to go
for a off site strip visit.

Hoo, Whoo..

Wow Don thanks for the update. Looks like the tables have turned between the Tusc and Terribles.
Never been to Tuscany but Terribles was terrible.
I agree totally with Don The Dentist. Tuscany! He sums it up well. I hit Tuscany every time on my annual trip.
Terribles is dumpy, but I like it.

I eat and play at the bar. Not even close to being classy. I cycled about a few thousand through their VP on $200 and get only rack rate offers via email or USPS mail.

Tuscany is alright. I don't give them much if any play though.
There is something about the dumpiness of Terrible's that I am drawn to. The clientele at the tables can be "colorful". The buffet is passable and cheap. I was last in there over the holidays. It looked like the pit had been rearranged, and maybe some of the carpet had been replaced. The rooms are surprisingly nice. I've gotten offers for as low as $19 on a weeknight but that's all.

Tuscany seems like it ought to be nice, but every time I've stopped in there, the casino has been like a ghost town.
I agree with sbarvian. Tuscany is MUCH nicer....but always deserted when I'm there. Feels like I'm gambling in a bank lobby and I have to keep my voice down.
