Two Players Cards in at Same Time?

Like Dave, I had one w-2 made out in my wife's name, but they quickly changed it for me. Never ran into a situation where I had to find her tho...that could take forever. Fortunately I almost always play on my own card. Its usually on the last morning that I use hers so my ADP won't be messed up.

I believe that in Nevada, by law, the payment must be made to the person hitting the jackpot.

If the casino has a problem with the player's card not belonging to the actual player, that is a seperate issue and the casino can deal with that however they choose.
Don the Dentist,
I also believe AC ruliing is the same, the player gets paid, not the card in play. I believe the attentant had it skewed. At the spur of the moment, I was slightly flustered, and thought briefly about contacting the gaming commsion, but I knew I was ending up with my share in the long run.
